Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Prepare for blockchain
   • Collaborations, relationships and stakeholders in the supply chain are mapped
2. Applicable legislative requirements, industry standards and codes of practice for blockchain are identified
3. Level of responsibility and authority for establishing blockchain is confirmed
4. Develop a strategy for blockchain
   • Blockchain strategy, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is developed
5. Policies, procedures and processes, including data distribution and customer assistance protocols, are developed to support the blockchain strategy
6. Supply chain stakeholder communication plan is determined
7. Compliance protocols are developed, in accordance with legislative requirements and industry standards, to support the blockchain strategy
8. Risks associated with blockchain are ascertained and risk controls are developed, in accordance with risk management procedures and industry standards
9. Implement and manageblockchain
   • Blockchain is established, on completion of trialling activities, in the supply chain
10. Policies, procedures and processes are applied, in accordance with the blockchain strategy
11. Risk controls and compliance protocols are defined and implemented to support blockchain use
12. Support processes for blockchain users are implemented and managed, in accordance with the blockchain strategy and industry standards
13. Onboarding and access control mechanisms for blockchain use are managed, in accordance with the blockchain strategy and industry standards
14. Manage blockchainchange
    • Blockchain requirements and timelines are communicated to supply chain stakeholders
15. Training, coaching, mentoring and networking opportunities for supply chain stakeholders are managed, in accordance with the blockchain strategy
16. Supply chain stakeholder concerns and complaints are documented and addressed, in accordance with blockchain procedures
17. Review and report on blockchain
    • Blockchain strategy and KPIs are reviewed, in consultation with supply chain stakeholders
18. Report on blockchain implementation is prepared and presented to approved supply chain stakeholders
19. Continuous improvement actions to support blockchain use in the supply chain are documented

Performance Evidence

Evidence required to demonstrate competence in this unit must be relevant to and satisfy all the requirements of the elements and performance criteria on at least one occasion and includes

addressing and documenting supply chain stakeholder blockchain concerns and complaints communicating and working with supply chain stakeholders confirming the level of responsibility and authority for establishing blockchain in the supply chain defining and implementing blockchain compliance protocols developing and applying policies, procedures and processes including customer assistance and data distribution protocols documenting blockchain continuous improvement recommendations establishing blockchain strategy and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identifying applicable legislative requirements, industry standards and codes of practice identifying risks related to blockchain and implementing risk controls managing blockchain onboarding and access control mechanisms mapping supply chain collaborations, relationships and stakeholders preparing and presenting reports on blockchain reviewing blockchain strategy and KPIs outcomes undertaking change management activities including training, mentoring, coaching and networking working with supply chain stakeholders to establish blockchain.

Knowledge Evidence
